Every day we will have contests. Each class will have its specific schedule. Also, several recorded lectures will be available to the students. The instructors will provide some periods during the weeks where they will answer students' questions. The base schedule is shown below (time is in UTC-3 - Brazilian Standard Time):

On January, 28th, the Live Questions Section for the Brazilian Final Class will be at 19:00 instead of 17:00.
Online venue
The activities will happen online through the Gather platform. Instructions to log in to the platform will be sent to the participants. In this platform, a video conference is started automatically whenever two or more avatars are close, so feel free to talk to the other participants and ask us any questions you have!
Any live lecture or talk will be held in the main virtual auditorium. Just enter the room using your avatar and you be able to watch the presentation.
During the contests and whenever it is possible, we encourage participants to solve the problems with their group, as in a real competition. There will be private spaces for teams to video conference.
Registration, Opening Ceremony, and Integration
We will have two opening ceremonies, one for each class. The World Final opening ceremony will be at 8:30 and the Brazilian Final opening ceremony will be at 14:30.

Sponsor Days
Each Thursday will be dedicated to our sponsors. We strongly encourage student participation in these activities since a nice relationship with the sponsors is vital to the school. Also, the sponsors will have several interesting pieces of information to share with the students. The sponsors' activities will also happen at the Gather platform.
January 27th
We will have activities promoted by VTEX on the afternoon. Due to logistic reasons, we will divide the students in 4 different groups and we will have activities starting at 13:00, 14:00, 15:00 and 16:00. They will have a special prize for the winners of the competitions that they will organize during the 4 time slots.
February 3th
We will have a talk from Microsoft at 14:00.
